Warranty and Return Policy

ONLINE RETURNS

 

Based on the conditions set out in this section, we offer a return policy which allows our customers to return delivered items up to 15 days after the delivery of your order, free of charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To secure a successful return, all products (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned within 15 days of order receipt, and:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dustcover and with all brand and product elements (tags, labels, etc…) still as they originally were.
  • The returned product/s must include the original order confirmation.
  • Only full priced products shall be refunded. Products purchased on promotion cannot be refunded.

 

Process for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you, by email, of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. If your return/refund request is approved, then your refund will be immediately processed:

  • Credit card payments are refunded to the card used in the purchase.
  • Cash on delivery payments are refunded as online credit.

 

Damaged products and wrongly fulfilled orders

If you receive a product that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received it in within 15 days of receipt to be approved for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock. At the present time, please note that we do not offer product exchanges.

 

We also reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels. Having said that, do keep in mind that this should not affect any consumer rights you may have under UAE law.
